Steps To Become A JJ Volunteer:

Step 1: Explore Our Mission and Values

Before applying to become a volunteer, take some time to explore Junior Justices' mission, goals, and values. Understand the importance of empowering teens with knowledge about their rights and the legal system. Familiarize yourself with our website, blog, and any other resources available.

Step 2: Review Volunteer Opportunities

Junior Justices offers various volunteer opportunities, including writing articles, editing articles, content creation and presenting workshops. Review the available positions and identify which aligns best with your skills and interests.

 

Step 3: Complete the Volunteer Application

Select the position you would like to have. You'll find a volunteer application form. Complete all required fields, providing accurate and detailed information about yourself, your skills, experiences, and why you're interested in volunteering with Junior Justices.

Step 4: Attend Orientation

If your application is successful, you'll be invited to attend a digital volunteer orientation session. During this session, you'll learn more about Junior Justices' mission, values, policies, and expectations for volunteers. You'll also receive training specific to your role and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Step 5: Get Involved

Once you've completed the orientation, you'll be ready to start volunteering with Junior Justices! Depending on your role, you may begin contributing to content creation, writing articles, editing articles, or other initiatives aimed at empowering teens with knowledge about their rights.

As an article writer, you will create high-quality content based on team ideas. you must possess excellent writing skills, research abilities, and meet deadlines. If you enjoy turning complex ideas into easy-to-understand content and then this is the position for you.

editor

As an editor, you will review and refine articles for accuracy and conciseness, ensuring they meet our standards. You must pay attention to detail and have strong communication skills.

Workshop presenter

As a workshop presenter you will be responsible for leading, engaging and having informative workshops for teens. You will work closely with our team to present the workshop content in a professional and engaging manner, and for providing follow-up support to teens as needed.

Social media creator

As a social media creators must stay updated on the latest trends and produce engaging video content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, creativity and passion.
